Job summary

Seatrium LeTourneau USA is seeking a Quality Manager to establish, implement, and continuously improve the QMS across our operations and projects, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, API, AWS, and client specifications.

You will lead audits, drive CAPA, manage NCRs, and collaborate with engineering, procurement, and fabrication teams to optimize quality, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction throughout all project phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years of quality management experience in offshore/marine/oil & gas sectors.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and auditing processes.
• Experience with API, ASME, AWS, ABS, or DNV standards.
• CQE/CQA or Lead Auditor certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) per ISO 9001 and customer requirements.
• Lead internal and external quality audits and manage NCR/CAPA processes.
• Coordinate inspection activities, supplier quality monitoring, and project quality oversight.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce rework, defects, and schedule risk across projects.
• Interface with clients, regulators, vendors, and internal teams to ensure compliance and satisfaction.
