Job summary

The role requires deep expertise in HPLC/UHPLC, GC, dissolution, and ELN/LIMS oversight, plus leadership of a diverse lab team and coordination of method validation, investigations, and regulatory inspections.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field.
• 8+ years of hands-on analytical lab experience in a cGMP setting.
• Experience leading diverse laboratory teams.
• Strong knowledge of HPLC/UHPLC, GC, and dissolution testing.
• Familiarity with FDA, PIC/S, ICH guidelines and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and advanced analytical testing on materials and products per USP methods.
• Maintain and calibrate HPLC/UHPLC, GC, and dissolution equipment.
• Review data for 21 CFR Part 11 compliance and ALCOA+.
• Lead investigations for OOS/OOT and implement RCA.
• Draft SOPs and participate in method transfer and validation.
• Oversee reagent inventory and lab safety.
