• Promote process improvement and talent planning within manufacturing.
• Lead 1:1 development with direct reports and ensure flow.
• Identify training gaps and recommend development training.
• Guide department leads and recognize outstanding effort.
• Ensure daily work schedules are adhered to and manage exceptions.
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend opportunities for improvement.
• Provide workload feedback to the Master Scheduler.
• Monitor leads to ensure engagement and address concerns.
• Ensure leads are productive and efficient; fill in when needed.
• Support Leadership meetings and drive accountability.
• Monitor performance and address issues with documented conversations.
• Oversee safe daily operations and enforce safety policy.
• Develop and train workers in inspection techniques.
• Guide use of inspection equipment and ensure compliance.
• Maintain FVMT values and communicate hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Quality Manager.
