• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with clinical license or MPH/MPA
• CPHQ certification preferred
• Minimum three years in a clinical/health care environment
• Three to five years managed care experience
• Experience with Medicare and/or NCQA preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regulatory, accreditation, clinical quality and service improvement programs
• Lead multiple complex quality initiatives impacting care delivery
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, state and federal requirements
• Oversee vendor relationships and performance
• Develop reports and communications for senior leadership
• Participate in cross-functional committees and improvement projects
