Job summary

Becton, Dickinson and Company seeks an experienced Quality governance and Compliance leader to own and continuously improve site NCI processes, CAPA governance, and Change Control execution. You will ensure investigations are scientifically sound, and that actions have measurable outcomes and clear ownership.

You will lead cross-functional teams, coordinate with regulatory affairs, and maintain robust quality-system dashboards to drive timely, compliant improvements across the manufacturing site

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Pharmacy, or related technical discipline.
• Experience leading investigations, CAPA programs, and Change Control in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting FDA or other regulatory inspections and remediation activities.

Responsibilities

• Own and improve site NCI governance processes including intake, classification, containment, investigation, root cause, and closure.
• Lead CAPA initiation, prioritization, action planning, verification of effectiveness, and closure; chair CAPA Review Board.
• Oversee Change Control from proposal through closure with cross‑functional coordination and regulatory alignment.
• Define metrics for NCI, CAPA, and Change Control; communicate quality-system health to leadership.
• Lead and coach quality personnel responsible for investigations, CAPA, and Change Control.
