Skills Alliance is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer (Sterilization & Microbiology) for on-site duties in Florida. You will own sterilization programs, cleaning validation, and microbiology testing in a growth-focused medical device environment.

You will collaborate with manufacturing and engineering to keep quality systems compliant, lead investigations, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Microbiology, or related field.
• 5+ years of quality engineering experience in medical devices.
• Strong background in sterilization (especially radiation) and cleaning validation.
• Solid understanding of microbiology testing methods.
• Experience leading investigations and driving corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Own cleaning validation studies and protocols.
• Oversee the sterile program end to end.
• Manage radiation sterilization processes and testing.
• Review microbiology testing results and data.
• Lead investigations tied to sterility or cleaning issues.
• Drive cross-functional quality improvements.
• Mentor junior quality engineers.
