Ayar Labs in San Jose is seeking a Senior Staff Quality Engineer to lead our Quality Management System. With industry backing from giants like NVIDIA and AMD, the ideal candidate will evolve our QMS and ensure compliance with established standards.

Applicants should have 7 to 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering within semiconductor and electronics, a BS in Electrical Engineering, and familiarity with Quality Management Software.

Salary is competitive, ranging from $140,000 to $160,000.

Competenze

• 7 to 10 years in Quality/ Engineering or Operations in the semiconductor and/or electronics industries.
• Deep experience managing an established Quality Management System (ISO 9001 or IATF 16949).
• Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing.

• Define and implement the Stage-Gate process for hardware and software products.
• Manage Product Quality in Ayar Labs Product Lines.
