Job summary

Gecko Robotics seeks a Quality Engineer to build and support quality systems across product development and robot operations. You will work with engineering, operations, and supply chain to ensure robust inspection services, root cause resolutions, and ongoing process improvements.

This hands-on role interacts with multiple teams and suppliers to drive product reliability, supplier performance, and operational efficiency, with travel up to 25% and requirements for US government security

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with quality management systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain quality processes across Gecko locations.
• Own inspection planning and acceptance criteria for components and assemblies.
• Lead supplier qualification activities including FAI and reporting.
• Conduct structured failure analyses and implement corrective actions.
• Administer the corrective action system and track metrics.
