Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive process improvements and root cause analysis of operational issues.
• Report findings and implement changes using quality methodologies.
• Identify and escalate operational risks and manage mitigation plans.
• Conduct internal and external audits of processes.
• Review and improve quality control processes in the workshop.
