Qualifications

Responsibilities
Drive process improvements and root cause analysis of operational issues.
Report findings and implement changes using quality methodologies.
Identify and escalate operational risks and manage mitigation plans.
Conduct internal and external audits of processes.
Review and improve quality control processes in the workshop.
