Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. is seeking a senior Quality Engineer to drive product quality initiatives for power delivery solutions in data center applications. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage quality programs across development to manufacturing, and ensure world-class quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires strong expertise in 8D, CAPA, SPC, FMEA, and DOE, with a track record of delivering measurable quality improvements and collaborating with suppliers and OSATs globally.

Qualifications

• Requires a BS in a technical field with 8+ years in semiconductor or power electronics quality roles.
• Proven experience leading customer quality issues and presenting to senior leadership.
• Experience with global foundries, OSATs, and contract manufacturers.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute quality control strategy and metrics for power management products.
• Lead quality activities through development, qualification, NPI, ramp, and sustaining phases.
• Drive DFMEA, SPC, MSA, risk management, and CAPA processes.
