Kenvue is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join the Plant Quality and Compliance team at the Athens site. The role focuses on reviewing specifications, leading QA activities for NPI products, and supporting validation efforts across packaging and manufacturing processes.

Ideal candidates will hold a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Quality with 3–4 years of quality engineering experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and a detail-oriented, collaborative mindset for

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality or related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in quality engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Review and approve specifications for Packaging Materials, Bulk Product & Finished Goods.
• Review and approve Manufacturing Work Instructions and Packaging Work Instructions.
• Participate in Root Cause Analysis for NCs related to bulk products, finished goods and complaints from Marketing Companies.
• Lead QA activities linked with NPI products.
• Support Validations activities (mixing & filling), review and approve respective protocols and reports.
• Conduct internal audits in accordance with the site's Internal Audit (IA) schedule.
• Support Quality and Compliance projects and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in Quality Management Review meetings
