Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Metrology, Calibration, or Quality Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience supporting or leading calibration program remediation.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820/QMSR, and ISO 17025 principles.
• Hands-on experience with Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) investigations, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk assessments.
• Expertise in Measurement System Analysis (MSA), Gage R&R, measurement uncertainty, and calibration compliance.
• Experience supporting internal, customer, or regulatory audits.
• Ability to lead cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Quality Engineer - Metrology to support a manufacturing organization in Houston, TX.

This is an excellent opportunity for a quality engineering professional with strong expertise in metrology, calibration program remediation, regulatory compliance, and risk-based quality assessments.

What We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in Metrology, Calibration, or Quality Engineering
• 2+ years of experience supporting or leading calibration program remediation
• Strong knowledge of ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820/QMSR, and ISO 17025 principles
• Hands-on experience with Out-of-Tolerance (OOT) investigations, CAPA, root cause analysis, and risk assessments
