Medtronic in Boulder, CO is seeking a Quality Engineer to join the Global Operations & Supply Chain team at our on-site manufacturing facility. You will ensure products meet reliability and quality, investigate nonconforming devices, implement robust corrective actions, and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to uphold standards.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor’s or higher in a related field and 2–4 years of experience in medical device quality.

Formación

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years relevant experience, or an MSc with 2+ years, or PhD with 0.
• Experience in quality engineering and medical device industry preferred.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environment preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support daily manufacturing operations on-site five days a week.
• Investigate nonconforming devices and determine corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure quality standards.
• Design and implement inspection and testing methods.
• Monitor and evaluate device complaints during use.
