Job summary

RXinsider LTD. is seeking a Quality Engineer to provide engineering support for inspection, non-conforming materials, and process audits. The role emphasizes data-driven quality improvements and CAPAs with suppliers and internal teams.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s in Engineering, have 5+ years of experience, and preferably Six Sigma certification. Strong MS Office skills and knowledge of ISO 9000/GMP are required for compliance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering.
• Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality controls and corrective actions to ensure product/process integrity.
• Troubleshoot quality issues on production orders.
• Monitor product quality data and drive improvements.
• Analyze Cp/Cpk, DOE and first article inspection reports to determine mold qualification.
• Develop and refine quality plans and inspection methods with engineering.
