Qualifications

• 8+ years in Quality Engineering, Supplier Quality, or similar in hardware/software environments.
• Proven track record leading audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement.
• Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 and AS9100 quality systems and DoD requirements.

Responsibilities

• Own quality strategy, planning, and execution for programs and supply base.
• Act as primary quality authority on IPTs, design reviews, and customer engagements.
• Define, verify, and maintain quality across development to post-delivery.
• Lead QMS implementation, procedures, audits, and quality records.
• Manage Supplier Quality and IQC, establish supplier standards and audits.
• Develop supplier scorecards, KPIs, and report risks to stakeholders.
