A leading chemicals manufacturing company in the greater Louisville, KY area is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee laboratory functions, ensure quality in daily production, and support compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance. Strong leadership skills and the ability to conduct data analysis are essential. This role plays a key part in continuous improvement and driving product quality initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and/or Chemical Manufacturing.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and organize daily laboratory operations, supervising lab personnel.
• Conduct data analysis, review lab controls, and perform Gage R&Rs.
• Ensure testing meets internal and external standards and regulatory requirements.
