You will manage complex quality projects, perform root cause analysis, and implement CAPA with cross-functional teams.

This role emphasizes QMS and ISO 9001 compliance, mentorship for junior engineers, and collaboration with engineering, production, and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in metal working environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and QMS.
• Proficient in CAPA, FMEA, and 8D problem-solving.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead advanced quality initiatives to ensure consistent product quality across manufacturing processes.
• Manage complex quality projects from concept through completion, ensuring deliverables meet quality and compliance requirements.
• Perform root cause analysis and develop CAPA plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality challenges and implement improvements.
• Develop and maintain quality inspection plans for all manufacturing stages.
• Apply lean/Six Sigma methodologies to optimize processes and reduce variation.
• Support and conduct quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and customer standards.
• Interpret complex quality data to drive data-based decisions.
