Job summary

A semiconductor products company is seeking a Principal Quality Engineer to provide advanced engineering support for assembly processes. Candidates should have extensive experience in quality engineering for mechanical/soldered components, with strong knowledge of IPC and military/aerospace standards. Responsibilities include quality assurance activities, compliance with rigorous standards, and problem-solving methodologies. Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in quality engineering supporting mechanical and/or soldered assemblies.
• Demonstrated experience with PFMEA, control plans, MRB and corrective action methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for customer-facing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced quality engineering support for assemblies in semiconductor manufacturing.
• Develop and maintain inspection criteria and workmanship standards.
• Lead MRB activities, nonconformance investigations, and corrective actions.
