Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Quality Engineer or in a related quality discipline.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and customer specifications.
• Experience in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain configuration control documentation.
• Manage multiple customer accounts and serve as primary quality point of contact.
• Lead investigations into customer complaints and returns.
• Prepare corrective actions for communication.
