Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for data and analytics solutions.
• Validate data models, ETL processes, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Perform data validation, regression testing, and automation using Python and SQL.
• Identify, document, and support the resolution of data quality issues.
• Maintain testing documentation and ensure traceability using Jira and Confluence.
• Collaborate with development and data engineering teams in an Agile environment.
• Contribute to continuous improvements in quality engineering and testing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Software Quality Engineering or Data Quality Engineering.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and working knowledge of Python for test automation or data validation.
• Good understanding of software testing methodologies, ETL/BI testing, and Agile practices.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and cloud data platforms such as GCP is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
