As a **Senior Quality Engineer**, you will play a key role in ensuring the performance and reliability of compressors, electromechanical products, and associated subsystems while supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the business.**AS A SENIOR QUALITY ENGINEER YOU WILL:*** Work on New Product Development programs to ensure products release to program requirements* Lead process optimization initiatives to improve quality and operational performance* Validate prototype and production processes, methods, gauges, and instrumentation* Develop and implement quality plans and control strategies* Perform data collection, statistical analysis, and measurement system analysis (MSA)* Work with Advanced Manufacturing and Plant Quality to maintain Process Flow Diagrams, Value Stream Maps, PFMEAs, and Control Plans* Review and approve PPAP documentation* Facilitate structured problem-solving activities using appropriate Copeland methodologies* Collaborate with plant quality teams to resolve manufacturing and supplier quality issues* Work directly with customers to resolve product and process-related concerns**SCHEDULE**:This role is hybrid eligible with the requirement to be in office four days per week.
