Job summary

Jacobs Management Group has partnered with a global plastics tooling and molding manufacturer in the Menomonee Falls, WI area to recruit a Senior Quality Engineer. You will lead new product quality efforts and serve as the direct link between the customer and the shop floor.

The role is full‑time on first shift, Monday through Friday, with opportunities to mentor quality engineers and support the quality manager as the site drives continuous improvement in the medical device manufacturing

Qualifications

• Preferred background in medical device manufacturing with FDA, ISO 13485.
• Auditing experience; MedAccred exposure a plus.
• Ability to drive process changes as quality SME.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality planning for new products, including control plans, PFMEA, and inspection plans.
• Review and release batch records; approve engineering change packages.
• Develop and approve validation protocols; lead deviation and corrective actions.
• Facilitate complaint investigations and audits; liaise with customers.
• Disposition nonconforming product and mentor quality engineers.

My client, a global manufacturer of plastics tooling and molding solutions for the medical device industry, is hiring a Senior Quality Engineer for its Wisconsin facility. You will lead new product quality efforts and serve as the direct link between the customer and the shop floor.

About you

• Preferred Background in medical device manufacturing, including FDA, ISO 13485, and ISO Class 8 cleanroom experience.
• Auditing experience; MedAccred exposure is a plus.
• Comfortable driving process and cultural change as a quality subject matter expert.
