Job summary

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Senior Technician Quality Control to perform quality testing and data analysis for a biochemical manufacturing facility in Chaska, MN. You will work on equipment maintenance, SOP-driven assays, and data reviews on-site.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma with 5 years of related experience, or a STEM degree. Proficiency with lab tools and Microsoft Office is preferred, with a commitment to continuous improvement and

Qualifications

• High School + 5 years applicable experience; a STEM associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Be capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Have experience utilizing laboratory tools and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform Equipment Program and Preventative Maintenance tasks.
• Perform quality testing and data analysis of reagent packs, references, and calibrators.
• Participate in continuous improvement for safety, delivery, quality, cost, and inventory management.
• Perform microbiology tasks such as monitoring, reads and bioburden testing.
