Heidelberg Materials North America is seeking a Quality Control Specialist in Houston to lead QC activities and ensure products meet specs. You will analyze tests, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions while partnering with plant operations to improve processes and compliance.

The role requires strong QA knowledge, data analysis skills, and the ability to train staff on QC procedures, with exposure to laboratory environments and manufacturing plants.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform and interpret quality control testing and data analysis.
• Strong knowledge of QA principles, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions.
• Effective communication and collaboration across departments and levels.
