Job summary

Ampere is seeking a Quality Compliance Engineer to uphold the Quality Management System as the company expands into new markets. You will support certification activities, internal audits, and quality-tool deployment across engineering, operations, and program management teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration, process improvement, and ensuring products meet the highest quality and reliability standards in a fast-paced semiconductor environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years in quality, process, or product engineering in semis/high-tech.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 26262.
• Experience with 8D, FMEA, RCA methodologies.
• Experience with NPI lifecycle and product qualification.

Responsibilities

• Support ISO 9001, ISO 26262 certifications and audits.
• Coordinate and prepare for audits; gather evidence and address inquiries.
• Develop and improve quality processes across product lifecycle.
• Track KPIs and report quality performance to management.
• Manage documentation and control systems for audits and compliance.
