Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive experience in quality management/engineering.
• At least 5 years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience in defense or ammunition manufacturing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and monitor supplier certification procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and quality standards.
