Qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in member services, verification, or healthcare operations with quality reviews.
• Ability to apply policies, reassess completed verification reviews, and document objective conclusions.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills to prioritize high-risk work.

Responsibilities

• Reassess completed verification reviews using an audit-the-auditor approach.
• Retest verification controls to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Assess member and provider interactions related to account access and EFT changes.
• Test high-risk controls and document findings with risk-based recommendations.
• Report findings and escalate critical risks when appropriate.
• Validate corrective actions and track remediation efforts.
