Stryker Corporation in San Jose, CA is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Manager for Surgical Support & Post Market to lead quality across the Endoscopy business. You will drive regulatory compliance, risk management, and data-driven improvements while partnering with R&D, Operations, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial teams.

You will oversee a high-performing team, guide post-market surveillance, and shape quality strategies for product lifecycle management, customer satisfaction, and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years in a regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharmaceutical, biomedical, or automotive).
• Minimum 4+ years of people leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead quality assurance support for legacy surgical device portfolios, overseeing new product development, post-market quality, and lifecycle management across the Endoscopy business.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to define quality strategy and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction for post-market surveillance and customer-focused quality initiatives.
