Job summary

Dell Technologies is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the Quality Assurance Engineering team in El Paso, Texas. You will collaborate across Manufacturing, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, and Supplier Quality to uphold Dell's quality standards and drive continuous improvement in our production processes.

Qualifications

• English proficiency is essential for this role (written and spoken). Must apply with a resume in English.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in similar roles, preferably in Quality.
• A Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or in Data Analytics / Computer Science with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of program/project management.
• Required to be onsite for support at our ODM partners in Mexico 3-4 days a week.

• Developing and driving continuous improvement initiatives and preventive actions.
• Contributing to the development of the organization's objectives and goals.
• Serving as the quality representative within the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for new server platforms, ensuring that quality standards, requirements, and best practices are embedded from early design stages through production readiness.
