Brooksource is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own test strategy and automation for web apps and APIs. You will design, build, and maintain automated test suites, integrate them into CI/CD, and validate functionality, data, and performance across the stack.
You will partner with developers, analysts, and product owners in an Agile team, mentor peers, and advance risk-based, metric-driven testing while contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Our client is a global leader in the development, manufacture, distribution, and sale of paints, coatings, and related products. Headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio, the company serves professional, industrial, commercial, and retail customers around the world, delivering trusted products and innovative solutions that help customers protect and beautify what matters most.
The Senior QA Engineer is a hands‑on automation engineer responsible for the quality of the applications and services their team delivers. This individual owns test strategy and execution at the feature and product level — designing and building automated test suites, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines, and validating functionality, integrations, data, and performance across the stack.
This is a senior individual contributor role embedded on an Agile delivery team. The Senior QA Engineer partners closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners to shape testable requirements, applies risk‑based and metrics‑driven approaches to focus effort where it matters most, and serves as a technical resource and mentor to less experienced QA engineers on the team.
