Job summary

International Executive Service Corps in Aiken, SC seeks a Principal Quality Assurance/Control Engineer to define QA programs and drive quality improvements across operations. You will lead complex quality initiatives, ensure compliance with technical requirements, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires coordinating with site teams, maintaining readiness for DOE-related activities, and delivering cost-effective, timely results while supporting inspections and reports.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent with substantial QA/QC/engineering experience.
• Ability to lead and mentor in complex quality programs.
• Experience with DOE and industrial facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define scope of technical and quality programs for complex problems.
• Lead QA program development and ensure compliance across facility.
• Prepare schedules, budgets and manpower plans for QA tasks.
• Serve on Facility Review Board and provide QA expertise.
• Communicate objectives and results to customers and management.
• Support procurement reviews and work package evaluations.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous improvement.
