Job summary

The Intelligence Community Office of the Inspector General is seeking exceptional candidates to join our mission to identify and prevent fraud, waste, abuse, and misconduct across the IC. This position is an excepted service GS-14 open to the public and current federal employees, with eligibility considerations for internal hires.

Key responsibilities include applying auditing and inspection concepts, analyzing qualitative and quantitative data, and presenting findings clearly to leadership.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of auditing concepts, principles, practices, and techniques.
• Extensive knowledge of inspection and evaluation concepts, principles and techniques to ensure inspections, reviews, and evaluations are timely and of technical quality.
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills to develop expert recommendations based on data and present clear conclusions.
• Strong ability to present information in memoranda, reports, or other written materials for diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills to coordinate with IC offices and stakeholders.
