This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst based in the United States.

As a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, accuracy, and overall quality of software products serving the insurance industry. You will take ownership of software testing activities, identifying defects and potential issues before they affect clients. Working in a fast-paced SaaS development environment, you will collaborate with technical teams to validate functionality and support dependable product releases. Your attention to detail and analytical approach will help strengthen testing practices and improve the end-user experience. This is a hands‑on individual contributor role for an experienced QA professional who takes pride in delivering reliable software. You will contribute directly to product quality in a fully remote, full‑time environment.

Requirements

• Hands‑on experience testing SaaS software products.
• Experience using Jira, Postman, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Previous experience working in SaaS software development environments.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to identify, investigate, and clearly communicate software defects and quality concerns.
• Capacity to work independently while collaborating effectively with development teams.
