Job summary

Savanta is seeking an Associate Director to lead qualitative research programs for US brands. Based in NYC, you will oversee complex projects, mentor junior researchers, and partner with the Global Brands Qual team to deliver high-impact insights across retail, financial services, and B2B sectors.

You will champion a tech-forward research approach, including AI-enabled tools, and ensure strong client communication and commercially sound delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong qualitative research experience, ideally at Senior Manager level or above.
• Experience leading complex, high-impact research initiatives for international clients.
• Ability to shape client relationships and ensure exceptional project delivery.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor junior researchers and develop team talent.
