The candidate will have at least 10 years of construction QC experience, two federal design-build projects, and prior QCM/CQC leadership on multimillion-dollar ventures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction quality-control experience.
• Experience on at least two federal design-build projects.
• Must have served as QCM/CQC Manager on at least two projects valued at $10 million or more each.
• Strong heavy-civil experience preferred.
• Experience with three-phase control, submittals, inspections, testing, deficiency tracking, and government coordination.
