Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA), physical sciences required
• Master's degree preferred
• Chemist III - minumum of 8years' experience
• Proficient in English (spoken)
• Proficient in reading/writing scientific work in English
• Strong organization, learning and teamwork skills
• Ability to analyze complex data sets
• MS Office and scientific software
• Experience in Inhalation products (DPI) is a plus

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine testing or other analysis in a specific group/department setting
• Conduct advanced testing and/or critical testing, as required
• Operate specialized equipment or conduct specialized skill testing
• Working knowledge of raw materials testing and release
• Working knowledge of instruments such as Karl Fisher, HPLC, GC, Particle size, ICP
• Lead investigation activities
• Ensure compliance to data integrity and cGMP practices
• Ensure compliance with good documentation practices
• Other duties as assigned by department head
