Job summary

Piper Companies seeks a Sr. QC Specialist – Analytical in Branchburg, NJ to join a growing cell therapy organization. You will perform analytical testing in a cGMP QC lab, support product release, method execution and quality operations through molecular and cell-based assays.

The role requires a BS in a related science and 3+ years of QC analytical experience in biotech/pharma. It involves PCR/qPCR/ddPCR, flow cytometry, ELISA and DNA/RNA sequencing, with a focus on GDP and compliant

Qualifications

3+ years of QC analytical experience in a cGMP biotech/pharma environment.
Hands-on with molecular assays (PCR, qPCR, ddPCR) or other nucleic acid testing.
Experience performing QC testing for product release in GMP labs.
Exposure to DNA/RNA sequencing, ELISA/MSD, or flow cytometry is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform QC analytical testing in a cGMP lab to support product release and stability testing.
Execute molecular assays including PCR, qPCR, and/or ddPCR and other nucleic acid-based testing.
Conduct flow cytometry, ELISA/MSD, cell viability and enumeration assays.
Analyze laboratory data and maintain documentation per GDP and cGMP.
Support investigations, deviations, OOS/OOT events and CAPA activities.
