Job summary

UNAVAILABLE Senior Analyst: Quality Control leads the design, development, maintenance and execution of QC plans, test scenarios and test cases across IT systems. It guides project QC tasks and assists with test environment administration, while evolving QC strategy and related processes.

Responsibilities include defining test plans, coordinating environments, delivering end-user training on test tools, maintaining QC metrics, and providing accurate estimates and status to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences or related field; equivalent combinations considered.
• Minimum 5 years in a software QC role with test case creation across SaaS/Client-Server/Mobile.
• Experience writing project test plans and contributing to QC strategy.
• Strong knowledge of QC techniques and SDLC; proficient in SQL and testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Define and document test plans, select test stages and guide execution.
• Administer test environments and coordinate with Desktops and Operations.
• Deliver high-quality end-user support and train users on test tools.
• Maintain QC metrics and document guidelines and processes.
• Provide inputs to project managers for plans and status reporting.
• Estimate effort for QC activities and meet timelines.
• Collaborate with Agile and DevOps teams and support UAT planning.
• Review documentation, communicate findings, and support resolution.
