Job summary

Kriya Therapeutics, Inc. in Research Triangle Park, NC seeks an Analyst II/Senior Analyst to perform cGMP QC testing on production materials and products, and to author SOPs, protocols, and reports. The role offers growth across HPLC, CE, PCR and cell-based potency methods, with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration.

Ideal candidates have a BS in chemistry or related field and 3+ years in QC, with strong documentation and communication skills; gene therapy experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• BS in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or related field.
• 3+ years in a cGMP/QC or similar lab environment (4+ years for Senior Analyst).
• Experience with HPLC, PCR, or cell-based potency testing is required.
• Gene therapy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine and non-routine cGMP testing for samples; trains and mentors lab personnel as needed.
• Leads QC methods across techniques including HPLC, CE, PCR, and cell-based potency methods.
• Verifies and reviews QC data.
