Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of QC experience or Master’s with 0 years of experience.
• Experience with aseptic production and support.
• 1–3 years in a GMP environment.
• Advanced understanding of GMP, GLP, GDP requirements.

Responsibilities

• Performs basic testing across QC labs per SOPs and test methods.
• Acts as SME and trainer for at least one test.
• Leads sample collection and manages logistics for testing.
• Supports qualification and study-directed testing.
• Investigates routine OOS assays and events.
• Performs qualification and validation protocols.
• Writes and reviews documentation.
• Manages project timelines.
• Assists with training and onboarding of new staff.
• Applies LEAN and Six Sigma principles to laboratory processes.
