Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in New Jersey seeks an experienced Test Engineer to drive QA for pharmacy claims and PBM testing, covering NCPDP D.0 to F6 changes. You will design test plans, build data sets, and validate transactions across systems.

The role requires strong SQL, SIT/UAT, regression and production validation, and the ability to collaborate with BA, development, and business teams in a fast-paced project environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA/testing experience, preferably healthcare/PBM
• Hands-on testing of pharmacy claims, eligibility, pricing, and reject codes
• Knowledge of NCPDP D.0; exposure to F6 preferred
• Strong SQL for backend validation and data reconciliation
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum/Waterfall)
• Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain testing results and risks

Responsibilities

• Analyze NCPDP D.0 and F6 requirements to identify test scenarios and validation needs.
• Create and maintain test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and traceability.
• Validate pharmacy claim transactions, including eligibility, COB, pricing, and rejection messaging.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, UAT, and production validation testing.
• Develop and execute SQL queries to validate claims data and downstream impacts.
• Coordinate testing with PBM SMEs, developers, and business users; Onshore/Offshore as needed.
• Prepare status updates, defect reports, and coverage summaries.
