Job summary

Qualifications

• Vocational/Technical Training or equivalent with 2–5 years of experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with precision measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, gauges and optical inspection instruments.
• Familiarity with quality systems, NCR processes, and inspection plans (ANSI/ASQ, AQL).
• Experience with ERP or quality management systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Defines and specifies activities, processes, and standards to fulfill quality requirements for materials, components, or products.
• Builds and maintains infrastructure and systems to ensure timely delivery of quality products.
• Identifies and addresses issues with equipment performance.
• Audits, monitors, and determines quality of manufacturing processes and outputs against standards.
• Reports and troubleshoots manufacturing process deviations and defects in finished goods.
• Conducts tests on materials or samples to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
