Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–8 years of QA and application testing experience.
• Working knowledge of Section 508 tools (JAWS preferred).
• Experience using JIRA for defect management.
• Experience creating and executing test scripts and communicating results to management.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related IT field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Support all quality assurance activities.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Develop test plans and strategies.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Evaluate product code against specifications.
• Create logs documenting testing phases and defects.
• Report bugs to development teams and help troubleshoot.
• Perform post-release testing and risk management.
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the SDLC.
• Ensure compliance with Section 508 accessibility standards.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Provide Test Management Plans, Test Cases, and Test Reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
