Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field completed; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years QA experience with a strong background in GMP manufacturing.
• Proven ability to train and mentor QA colleagues and engage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Train, mentor and develop QA colleagues to raise competency and consistency.
• Identify training needs and deliver compliant materials and programs.
• Serve as GMP expert and improve effectiveness of training across the site.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Quality Control to resolve issues from audits and deviations.
• Inform stakeholders about project goals and deliverables; drive quality improvements.
