Job summary

STV Incorporated is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager for the PMCM group in Texas to lead the project quality program on a large, mission-critical project. You will partner with project leadership, design professionals, contractors, clients, and other stakeholders to drive accountability and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include developing and maintaining QA/QC plans, procedures, audits, and documentation; monitoring performance metrics; and mentoring quality personnel across the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, quality management or related field.
• 10+ years in QA/QC, engineering, construction, or project management on large programs.
• Experience building, implementing, and managing QA/QC programs and QMS.
• Experience on mission-critical, data center, healthcare or complex projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage the project-specific QA/QC program and strategy.
• Serve as primary QA/QC contact with leadership, design, construction, and clients.
• Develop quality plans, inspection/testing procedures, audit protocols and checklists.
• Oversee inspections, audits, testing, nonconformances, and corrective actions.
• Monitor metrics, communicate trends and risks to leadership.
• Maintain quality records, inspection docs, and turnover packages.
