Job summary

Qualifications
- BS degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- 7–10 years in a QA/QC role with design/construction quality programs.
- OSHA 30-Hour Construction Industry Outreach Training (may obtain within first year).
- Excellent problem-solving and strong written/verbal communication.
- Ability to lead high-performing project and department teams.
- Familiar with CMIC, Bluebeam, BIM 360 Field and related software.
Responsibilities
- Implements the Quality Control Program and supervises QA/QC staff.
- Develops test/inspection plans per specs and contract.
- Interfacing with client/architect on QA/QC approvals.
- Manages field installations for contract compliance and resolves punch lists.
- Leads QA/QC meetings and participates in pre-bid/pre-construction reviews.
- Implements QA/QC software like BIM 360 Field.
