Job summary

Kelly Professional & Industrial is hiring an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Manager in Menomonie, WI to lead quality systems and regulatory compliance at a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in QA within FDA-regulated environments, expertise in cGMP, 21 CFR Parts 11/210/211, and a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence. Salary range $110,000–$130,000 plus bonus, with relocation assistance up to $10,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of QA experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP, 21 CFR Parts 11, 210, and 211; ICH and quality risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and maintain site quality systems to ensure GMP compliance and industry standards.
• Oversee document control (SOPs, batch records, specifications, calibration records).
• Support quality oversight for manufacturing, testing, validation, and product release activities.
• Manage investigations related to deviations, CAPAs, customer complaints, changes, and quality events.
• Review and approve validation plans, protocols, reports, and other quality docs.
• Plan and conduct internal audits while supporting supplier qualification and external audits.
• Ensure processes for recalls, material inspections, and regulatory documentation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen quality systems and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
