Alcon in the United States is seeking a Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA programs, drive regulatory compliance, and oversee adverse event complaint management for Alcon products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience.
• Assoc.+11 yrs.; MS.+4 yrs.; PhD+3 yrs.
• 7 Years of Relevant Experience.
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams and implement departmental plans with measurable performance.
• Ensure products and processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as SME for product quality complaints and Health Authority responses.
• Oversee site change control and risk assessments for regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation for QA.
