Job summary

Mission Microwave Technologies in the United States is seeking a Sr. QA Manager to ensure that all internal and external requirements are met before products reach customers.

You will oversee inspection procedures and outputs, identify non-conformities, and drive continuous improvement. You will monitor operations, supervise QA Inspectors and technicians, maintain quality records, support root cause analysis with Engineering, and communicate quality issues across the organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years progressive QA experience
• Supervisory or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and standards
• Excellent numerical and data analysis skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated with leadership ability
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Sense of ownership and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Monitor and lead all operations that affect quality
• Supervise QA Inspectors, Technicians, and other staff
• Ensure manufacturing compliance and compliance to policies and customer requirements
• Maintain records of quality reports, statistical reviews, and documentation
• Provide in-process inspections and verify conformance to design requirements
• Drive corrective actions and assist Engineering in root cause analysis
• Communicate quality-related issues across the organization
• Routinely observe operations and offer guidance
• Provide training and guidance to leadership and departments
