You will design test strategies, mentor QA team members, and partner with product, data, and development teams to ensure data integrity and high-quality software.

• Own and implement Pod-wide test automation strategy (CI/CD, automation pyramid) across squads.
• Lead QA team members; provide guidance and support as needed.
• Lead testing of AI/GenAI business applications and embed AI capabilities into test tooling.
